Congrats and Awesome trade on ISRG, I was looking at the VZ trade and was wondering if you were concerned about the 200ma on 21. Glad you are feeling better!by TCB - Trading Discussion
Also when having a problem with charts not loading, try switching the server in SD. Under the File menu, select server, select reconnect or switch and see it that helps.by TCB - Trading Discussion
I use SD and TOS but I haven't had any issues with SD this week. It would appear to me that it would be something to do with the hotspot. Maybe a setting in the hotspot changed?by TCB - Trading Discussion
I hope you feel better soon! Did S/O give you what he had?by TCB - Trading Discussion
Hi and welcome to the forum. TOS is a free platform, once you have opened an account there I believe there is no account minimum. When I opened mine, I only deposited $10. Strategy Desk also can be setup to have the look of QCharts. I use both SD and TOS. The moving averages are simple.by TCB - Trading Discussion
Congrats! Darcy & S/O, I saw NFLX setting up but as I yet don't have the basket to trade it, I just watched it, and the only thing that I didn't like about it was the ADX wasn't showing a good sign on the 10. I also traded FB, saw it moving and all signals were there, entered at 10:30 Feb 65 Call @$1.73 and sold out @ 12:05 @$2.25. Also TSLA seems to be setting up but the options are wayby TCB - Trading Discussion
Thank you Darcy for your contributions and explainations. I traded SNDK today, was kinda leary as was against the market but all signals were there. Entered at 10:18am Feb 73 Call @ $1.54 and exited @ 10:31 @$2.05. Small gains but at least its a brick on the pile. Great trades on AMZN, & LNKD!!by TCB - Trading Discussion
I made a quick trade on TWTR today @ 9:53. Had HRFP on 21, FP on 34, E on all charts, adx and moneyflow turned up, entered off the 10 after it closed above 200ma on that chart at 9:53. Bought Feb 55 call @ $2.55, sold out @ 10:43am @$3.10. I saw AMZN setting up for a Put and it looks like that would have been a nice trade, but was against the market at the time.by TCB - Trading Discussion
Thanks Darcy for your willingness to share and be of such great help!!by TCB - Trading Discussion
Thanks Darcy, great trade also, I haven't got the account up yet to trade NFLX. May I ask what did you use as your exit criteria. Around 12 when it went sideways might have made me jump out based on these short charts. Thanksby TCB - Trading Discussion
Traded FB today based on E signal charts, along with HRFP on 55,34,21. I enterd at 10:00 of the 10 e chart and left around 11:20. Bought the Feb 62.50 call for $2.12 and sold for $2.75.by TCB - Trading Discussion
Great info and thanks for sharing and the continued postingsby TCB - Trading Discussion
Strategy Desk would be a good alternative. I use SD and TOS together.by TCB - Trading Discussion
Hi, I wish I could assist you further on this but I do not have QCharts but Dan graciously provided the screenshot so that I could try to get the autowave to replicate in TOS which Robert found the modified code for the ZigZag study. It would be great if TOS could replicate it but as I stated I do not have Qcharts to look at live to see how it behaves as if I'm understanding correctly that it doeby TCB - Trading Discussion
Thanks for the interesting concept and your input and postsby TCB - Trading Discussion
I also played MOS yesterday around 10:10 just based on the charts I didn't hear the Najarian brothers. I was sold out around 1:15 yesterday but man wished I had a stayed for that pop todayby TCB - Trading Discussion

An example of the candle outside the BB for earnings could be found today on DE. It is outside the 233, and the Daily and they announced earnings BMO today.by TCB - Trading Discussion
I saw TSLA this morning with FP on 21,34 and E on the 10 and was going to buy the strike 125 NOV weekly (4) option, stock was around $130 at the time down $5. I wish I had pulled the trigger but these 3 things kept me out. 1 It was against the market as it was up at the time 2 It was also the day after expiration Friday when option prices are screwy acting 3 The strike was at the OTM (too faby TCB - Trading Discussion
Darcy, on which timeframe "e" chart did S/O use for the AMZN trade?by TCB - Trading Discussion
Good trade Darcy, also have a question. Do you still have and use the BB's on your "E" charts? Thanksby TCB - Trading Discussion
Darcy, I also strongly agree and echo everyone elses comment here about your posts. I learn so much from them and look forward to them and have never thought of them as your were bragging. It is awesome to see that this works and the encouragement you provide in the breakdown of your trades. Thank you for sharing so much and I pray that you will continue!by TCB - Trading Discussion
Great post rookie, I enjoyed reading it along with all of your post. I would have been skeptical about the put based on the resistance of the 50ma on the 233 along with the support to the 20ma on the daily and uptrend off the weekly.by TCB - Trading Discussion
I am partial to a PC. I don't know much about a MAC except that they are expensive and the owners love them and they aren't that easy to upgrade as compared to a PC. With a PC you can buy a fairly reasonable priced pc with room for expansion in the future and if a part fails you can replace it rather easily. I have a custom built PC that I built myself that runs everything I need to fine. I haveby TCB - Trading Discussion
The following website will help you write screens and scans: Also the code below should give you the 5 and 10 crossing 20 going up or 5 and 10 crossing going down (MovingAverage > MovingAverage AND MovingAverage <= MovingAverage) AND (MovingAverage > MovingAverage AND MovingAverage <= MovingAverage) OR (MovingAverage < MovingAverage AND MovingAverage >= MovingAverageby TCB - Trading Discussion
