Darcy, I just realized that your post was from Jan 14 th, not from today. Please ignore my last comments about how TSLA traded today.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Awesome trade for y'all ! I did get a piece of LNKD this morning and threw another brick on the pile. As always, thanks for sharing. Darcy, looks like most of that move occurred at the open. What led u to believe there was more in it at 12:30 when u entered. Just curious as to your thought process. Personally I would have been scared to get in that late after that large rise early.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy, I traded WYNN yesterday. I was in the play when the spread got very wide. The MM had raised the Ask significantly but wouldn't move the Bid. I put in a Limit Sell order in between the Ask/Bid, quite above where the current Bid was. The MM immediately hit my price and took me out at my target. He immediately dropped the Bid back down and it never got near my sell point again. I was surprisby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Once again, thanks for sharing. I review all your trades and continue to learn much. I made that same trade on LNKD this morning. I got in at 9:54 and was out by 10:15 with about a 30% gain. I left a lot on the table, as I continue to work on my exit. I tend to take a little $ and run. I need to learn how to hold until the indicators tell me it's time to leave. What a Great week for you and S/O !by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
No, but I wish I had . Awesome trade for you guys !by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Yeah, Gary even says that the news is irrelevant to a Big Chart trade.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Wow! 12X/ year. Would be nice to only have to make that few trades per year !by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy, I took Gary's Advanced Class back in 2005 in VA Beach. I had never done anything with it, having spent my focus on the Basics over the past few years. I actually pulled out the Advanced manual last week and came to work on Friday ready to try one of those techniques. I actually setup the trade on LNKD. I'm guessing it was the same technique you're referring to, one which you can do on expby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Again, I personally love reading your posts and I always want to know how much $ you made. That makes it real. Not only that, but it gives me hope that I can do it and what kind of returns are possible. Have never looked at it as bragging. I have a friend who makes about 50K a month following Gary's program, but is unwilling to share any info. Your willingness to share is very selfless and I reaby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy, I seriously would hope that you Do continue posting your trades. I went thru Gary's 1-5 several years ago. I have struggled with the whole learning process over the years. Finding this forum back in the Spring has proven to be the best thing for my study. I literally tear your trades apart to learn all I can. That process has accelerated my learning curve immensely. I know it takes a lotby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Any suggestions on some good stocks to trade if you're just starting out with $2500 and trading in $1200 lots? Most of you trade the popular momentum stocks, but they are expensive, especially early in the month. Any good ideas on stocks that move and can be used to build up one's account?by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy, As always, I enjoy your posts and your willingness to share. Just curious as to your use of Weekly Options. Is this something relatively new for you and what is your rationale for using weeklies vs monthly options.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Rookie Just curious, where in Southern Georgia are you from? I'm from Valdosta. Been a Gary student since 2005.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Awesome trade Darcy! And thanks for posing the details. I saw TSLA moving this a.m. and one of the things I struggle with when I see a big move is wondering if I have already missed it. It was already down pretty big when u entered the trade. Where does your confidence come in that there was still room to fall? I would appreciate your thought process, and as always, thanks for sharing. Greatby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy Great job! I did the same play Virtual. Bought 5 July 230 Calls for $7.65 and sold for $14.00. 83% profit.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion

Rookie, Thanks for your input also, I have enjoyed your posts and have found them quite insightful. I had a "mentor" back in VA who I was able to bounce ideas off of. He was the one who originally got me lnvolved with Gary . He averages about 50K/month trading. I kind of lost my way a little after moving to another state. I am thankful that The Lord has led me to this site, it'sby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
That clears some things up for me. You're the best. Thanks again and Happy Trading!by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
As always, your posts are detailed and quite informative. Your willingness to share is commendable. One of the things I struggle with is dealing with a big open, either up or down. I feel like I need to get in and get a piece of the action right away. It seems that so often the day's move is defined in that first few minutes. How do you, as a short-term trader react when you see that the markeby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy What does your nightly homework consist of? I realize that over the years that has involved rigorous study involving Gary's notes, cd's, books, etc. But currently it seems that the trade you enter each day is determined that morning. Are you looking at charts the night before and saying, "if this happens tomorrow, I'm getting into this trade, and if this happens, I' m looking to dby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
I've always struggled with some of Gary's info. On the one hand, with options, he talks about needing to be "right, right now" yet at other times he talks about how much "you can stomach" in terms of risk. Certain people on the CD's say that if the option isn't going their direction after 2 ticks, they're gone. Gary talks at other times that if it's not headed your directiby Traildoc - Trading Discussion

I must be missing something really obvious here, but what do you mean by moving "On The Net"?by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy Definitely keep posting. Hopefully some of us others will have something significant to add soon, thanks to you. I'm just curious as to your selection of trading stocks. It seems as though you trade something different every day. How many stocks do you watch? Listening to Gary's CD's you hear so many talk about trading 1 stock and 1 index. Or someone says they have 4 or 5 stocks iby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy As always, thanks for your post. I'm a GW 1-5 and Advanced class student who stumbled onto this website a few months ago. I recently subscribed to RTT and am learning how to use the info. I am curious as to how or why you "zeroed" in on DE yesterday. When I pull up the Heat Map or the Best Trends , DE doesn't necessarily jump out at time, compared to others that mightby Traildoc - Trading Discussion
Darcy, I'm a recent forum reader and 1st time poster. Have thoroughly enjoyed your posts over the past few weeks. I have done WSB 1-5 and Advanced class. I have learned much from studying your posts. Please continue posting.by Traildoc - Trading Discussion
