Got into a CAT trade early 1/2013 just got out today. I sold 5/95 puts for 28% gain, but way too long of up/down. Need more discipline on following Gary's exit criteria. Will do a better job on next trade.
I bought Puts on CF yesterday and Calls today. That was a nice roller coaster ride. I am getting content with entering and exiting intraday. I look forward to trading large positions and have a 20% profit. Gotta crawl before walking.....
