OK. That's comforting to know. I guess I'll need to spit in the market maker's face while holding my knife.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
So, I've been noticing often with my practice trades on TradeStation that the Simulated options GTC up-a-buck limit order doesn't get filled when it hits it. Sometimes even if my GTC limit is below their Bid, it won't fill. I thought it was a market-maker simulated battle. I called TradeStation, they said this is some type of issue; but in real option trading it wouldn't occur. Anyone eby Chunk - Trading Discussion
As I check ALL my TS small charts below daily, they have a different closing for the day 302.61. Daily says 302.86. I'm sure we could ask TS support about it. Like you said NC, it's still tradeable.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Your 55 lines and metrics look fine; although my MACD red number is 1.80. I don't refer to numbers, yet. Maybe Dan and NCtrader can weigh in on your 233.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Well, as I look at all my charts; the green CC does extend past like yours (if that's what you're referring to). But I'm not sure if this happens intraday, and if it really matters.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
First, Re-edit your photo: Hold your mouse so that your crosshairs reveals your precise time to enable me to accurately compare my charts so I know where you are; it looks like your not on May 12th. Space to right: Try right click; format window; under general tab---tool around with space to right.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Post a screen shot of Qcharts. I didn't know of these inaccuracies. Refer to my "Big Picture" posting earlier for how to put on a photo.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
You have the same inputs as me. How do you know if they are off slightly, are you comparing to Qcharts? I don't have Qcharts.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
My 233 is for 150 days and 50 & 200 MA are there.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
I saved my StochRSI and ADX/DMI with their parameters as indicators on the list (can't remember how I did). Remember to do a backup.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Bug: For the CC green, use the same number value as GW manual offset is "displace". However, make it a negative. To change timeframe: right click the workspace; then "Format symbol".by Chunk - Trading Discussion

I use two monitors. I also have laptop for work lunch. I have one desktop that has about 6 workspace tabs on the bottom (such as big charts, small charts, futures, major indices, candles only with zigzag, E times, OEX, QQQ) Saving and backup is important.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
I watched their instructional online videos in addition to some phone calls to tech support. Then I did some plug and chug on setting up my workspaces. You'll get there. I'm not a computer programmer (actually I'm in a medical field)---just determined---and you can tell by my photos posts. Glad you're on board.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Hi 52 Trade, In case you still need to do the outlined candles, refer to my previous posting on 11/10/2013 "Question for Qcharts users" on this forum. I provide the code and a thread of information. Dan and I had talked about this before. Thanks, Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
bugabiga: TradeStation is powerful. Yes, there is MoneyFlow. All GW's indicators and workspaces can be replicated just like Qcharts; except like Dan mentioned Autowave is not as precise. You can see, from my other recent photo, my example of ZigZag similar indicator which fairly well matches. Their customer service is great. They do periodic upgrades. No data stream glitches. I've been very satisfied with TradeStation ($8 per month). I have two monitors. All charts of custom times. A ZigZag indicator to simulate Autowave.by Chunk - Trading Discussion
Can someone, please, remind me how to post a photo on this forum? I see the "Insert Image URL" icon on this message; I just don't know how to proceed. Isn't there another Website to use as an adjunct? Thanks, Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
WNQ: Green moving average on CCross should be 3 length with -3 displace. Red is 2 length and 0 displace. I posted photos on this site: search under "Question for qchart user" Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
52 trade: If you're working on making red/white candles go to the Tradestation website forum and search it. You can view my GW-like workspace on this site; search "Question for Qcharts user" and scroll until you see the photo. Dan, I can't remember the exact tweaking. I changed all the "True"'s to "False" except Show zigzag price which I kept at True. I made my zigzag color up/down DarkBlue. I made down trend price color DarkRed; up price numbers DarkGreen. Robert and RichieRick, Thanks for the Autowave information and explanation. I understand it better, and I was able to verify my TradeStation ZigZag version. (Dan, I think you had asked me about it awhile ago.) Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
Hi Darcy2: Great trade. (I bought POT stock a month ago. I continue to refine my options.) I think I've asked you before: Do you always fight Rambo time versus Barney? Thanks. Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
Darcy2, What month did you buy for LNKD? Thanks, Great work. Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion

Dan, Wave: Simple so far, but I haven't compared it yet with my contact who has Qcharts. Can you? I used the indicator ZigZag 2.5. Format: Change the colors as needed; "True" should be only for ZigZag Price, otherwise enter "false" when you see a "true". Of course, I now start to think: We shouldn't "burn the candle at both ends." GW says, &quoby Chunk - Trading Discussion
Big$ and others: This is TRADESTATION (my fee about $10/mo...Goodbye Qcharts). I use two monitors with as many charts as needed. Stoch RSI is programmable. I've been working on an AutoWave replication shown top photo, I will soon to verify to Qcharts. Sorry, I'm learning how to post good photos; GW parameters are protected, though. Big Money, With a light background, I've got my white/red candles outlined in black, just like GW Qcharts, making the bodies and wicks bold---easier to read and much more appealing. I found out how on the Tradestation community forum search. It was easy to apply the code. If you want, I can look back and tell you. Chunkby Chunk - Trading Discussion
