Thanks for the clarification! I'll definitely take a look!by ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
Thanks, NCT! I'll check them out. I'm a GW student but I like the idea of hedging. Thanks!by ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
Does anybody trade option spreads? I did a spread where I bought 5 of the April '16 115 NFLX call and sold 5 of the Nov '15 125 NFLX call. Things seem to be moving along ok and I WAS looking forward to being called out. That was till I figured that if I were, my 115 calls would be exercised to satisfy the 125 short call position. If that's what would happen, I would get the difference betweby ncmudbug - Trading Discussion

Thanks, NCT. The tracking function was something I was waiting for QCharts to add so I took to it pretty easily. Of course, QCharts never added that function but it did have crosshairs that I wish TS had! I had seen videos of a guy using TS and it had those crosshairs I want and I thought there must be something I can do, but now I know, he was only looking at one time frame at a time so tby ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
Thanks, NCT. I was playing around with it as I was composing this reply and I got them to show up when I kept the mouse button down as you described. Apparently, if you have Pointer Tracking turned off, you get the 'real' crosshairs but when you have Pointer Tracking turned on (you get a 'T' with the little crosshair cursor), you only get the vertical 'crosshair' when you hold mouse button doby ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
I'd like to have "real" crosshairs for a cursor on my TradeStation charts, but choosing the "Crosshairs Pointer" under the "Window" main menu option only gives a small crosshair rather than one that goes from top to bottom, side to side. Does anybody know how to make a "real" crosshair cursor in TradeStation? Thanks!by ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
I thought I'd chime in here. I use slightly different MACD and BB parameters than GW uses and with my parameters, there is a relationship between the distance from the 0 line and whether it will cross the BB center line or bounce off the other B band. It might be something you might want to investigate. I'm willing to share my parameters if that's not against the rules.by ncmudbug - Trading Discussion
