Renko Trading (on ThinkorSwim)

I've been looking into trading RENKO based systems (both my own, and others) , and I'd like to get other's opinion on Renko Bars.
What's your thoughts - good, bad, ugly.... your trading plans, if you're using Renko bars, so on and so forth.
