TOS Account

Notified by TOS to fund my account or it will be closed? Had it for about 1 year and thought it was FREE? Don't mind funding the account but would prefer to use OX and still not ready to trade for real, still practicing. Anyone else having the same issue?

Since they don't have a minimum funding requirement, you could always send them $25 or $50 and just let it sit idle.

I did that a few months ago. Just drop 50 smackers in there. You'll get "realtime" on everything including the paper trade side. I had my account for about a year, and never heard from them. When you are ready to fund the account for real, it will be super easy to just transfer the funds without any waiting period.

$100 bucks!! Noooo wayyyy! I funded my account for much less than that, and they were happy with it.

I was told that it had to be a "tradeable amount". You can trade with 20 or 30 dollars if you are buying really cheap stocks or options. This is what I was told.

IMO, funding your TOS account with $100 is well worth the TOS tool...
